Pricing Details
Monthly Fee = Software License Fee + Add-on Fee (optional)
Software License Fee

- Software License Fee is based on backup data size on a per device basis, i.e. per AhsayOBM/AhsayACB installation. The minimum and maximum software license fee per device is $1/month and $10/month respectively.
- Software License Fee is discounted 50%, i.e. max $5/month, for file only (i.e. no database, VM or M365/GWS) backup.
- If you are backing up files, databases and VMs on the same device using different backup sets, the Software License Fee is the sum of Software License Fee for file only backup data and non-file only backup data all capped at $10/month.
- If a backup set contains multiple destinations, only the destination with the largest backup data size is charged, i.e. you will only be charged once for a single copy of your data.
- You can subscribe either to the Pay-as-you-Go plan which charges monthly only up to the actual usage of the month at the fixed rate or to one of the package plans below which includes progressive discount at higher volume at a fixed monthly rate. There is no fixed rate monthly plan for backup data size larger than 100,000 GB.

- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Module Fee contains an unlimited backup data size software license fee already. There is a maximum fee of $100/month per device per each M365/GWS organization.
- Ahsay Drive Fee is not required if you use your own storage solution.
- Managemanet Console Hosting Fee and Cobranding Fee are available for Ahsay Managed Backup-as-a-Server (AMBaaS) only. They both include the upgrade service to upgrade the software to the latest version.
- Whitelabel Fee is not available for Ahsay Managed Backup-as-a-Server (AMBaaS).
